I want to extend a very big thank you to Martin Kingman who was instrumental in helping me to set up Phoenix Wellness Coaching Ltd back in October 2020. Martin was introduced to me as someone who would be able to help me get my new company up and running. Martin made everything so easy and simple for me as he explained why it was important to become a limited company; he got my company registered at Companies House and at the time even let me use his own office address as my registered company address.

Martin continued to work with me in the early days setting up my Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statements to ensure everything was in place before I started working with clients. He took the time to understand my business and to explain all the “legal” stuff in my T&Cs etc. so that I could feel comfortable with everything.

I’ve used Martin for my business and would have no hesitation in recommending PLC debt he knows the business inside out and is transparent throughout the process.

Without the assistance of Martin and his team we would not have been able to get the money owed back, he provided an excellent service and we were very pleased with the results.

I had some unpaid invoices and could not get an answer from the client in question. After several attempts, I felt I had no other option than to take action to recover the amount owed. I spoke with Martin from PLC debt and explained the situation in detail. Martin then advised me that this is something that he would be able to deal with and with that, I passed over all of the information that I had. This took place on the Thursday morning.
